So too we need to know the direction we wish to travel to achieve life balance. You see many times we may know where we want to be yet to get there we first must know where we are.
A simple way to get a clear picture of where you are currently is to create your present reality map. Note this may be repeated weekly, monthly or as you see fit.

Which segment of pie do you need/choose to work on?
The centre of the circle is rated 0 and the outer rim of the circle is rated 10.
- On a scale of 1 to 10 where do you rate yourself for each piece of pie/segment of your life?
- Put a dot where you currently are in each of the pieces of pie/segments.

We work together to identify where you are currently and we then together determine where you want to head to and identify what it is that is stopping you from getting there. We work at a deep subconscious level so you achieve what you desire. We clear you of any limiting beliefs and unwanted behaviours, replacing them with empowering ones. We set goals and develop a personal system for you to achieve your goals. We check in regularly to realise where you may be falling short of achieving and identify the why and clear that so you move powerfully forward. We also celebrate your successes.
